On Tuesday, SeptEMBER 6, Shriners Children’s Open hosted their annual media day at TopGolf Las Vegas. Ahead of this year’s tournament, October 3–9 at TPC Summerlin, local Las Vegas Shriners Children’s patient ambassadors along with PGA TOUR professional, Maverick McNealy, gathered for an afternoon of golf. Maverick gave golf tips and tricks and snapped photos and signed autographs for local patient ambassadors, Ali, Autumn, Carter, Jaxon, Dallin and Landon.
“I am looking forward to competing in this year’s Shriners Children’s Open and supporting the mission of Shriners Children’s in the local community and around the world,” said Maverick McNealy. “Getting to interact and have fun with the patient ambassadors showed how the Shriners Children’s Open is more than just a golf tournament.”
Also in attendance was legendary former UNLV Men’s Basketball coach Lon Kruger.
